- Generally all in stock orders are shipped within Two (2) business days, however if a product is on back order we will notify you of shipping delay and notify you when the product is back in stock. To track your order, simply enter the tracking number provided on the respected carrier’s website or contact our customer service department.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. - Returns & Replacements
- We are confident that our products will meet your satisfaction, in the event you are unhappy with your purchase for any given reason you may return the product within fifteen (15) days from purchase date. All of our products carry a 30 day return policy for defective merchandise, and a one (1) year warranty from their respected manufacturer, and should addressed directly to them. All returns require a RMA # which can be obtained from our customer service department by contacting us at support@bsdwireless.com. When contacting us please remember to include your order number and the date of the purchase. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping unless deemed by our faculty as DOA.
